Clinical Leadership Development
Train Today, Lead Tomorrow
As one of the fastest-growing staffing agencies in the nation, we believe our greatest strength is our people. That’s why we’re committed to nurturing talent, empowering growth, and developing leaders who help us deliver on our mission every day.
We offer unique professional development opportunities for our employees, including:
RBTs are essential in creating an inclusive classroom environment, providing one-on-one support, and implementing strategies and interventions outlined in students’ IEPs. Our Last Mile Training program is perfect for behavioral professionals interested in obtaining their Registered Behavioral Technical (RBT) Certification.
The program starts with a 40-hour online training hosted by a Ro health Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This training follows the Autism Partnership Foundation curriculum with additional information from our experts.
Participants will complete an on-site competency assessment supervised by our BCBAs.
You will then be prepared to complete the RBT exam, which can be taking online or in-person with multiple attempts allowed.
Once you have completed your exam and possess an active RBT certification, you can start your RBT caseload in a school setting with ongoing supervision from a BCBA. This supervision is key to ensure our RBTs have the necessary resources to provide high-quality support to students and continue improving their ABA skills.
From day one, Ro Health is dedicated to providing thorough training and consistent support to our school nurses to empower their ability to provide the highest quality care to our student.
