We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our South Florida team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health, with a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will be supporting in a school setting, primarily supervising RBT's but also assisting with training and development programs within the RO Health Team
We are looking for a BCBA with the desire to help RBTs in their supervision requirements & development, as well as guide unlicensed paraeducators in their pursuit of RBT certification. You will also conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans to implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
The majority of this role will be focused on supervision in school settings, while also being part of our Psych & Behavioral Services team to develop new and creative ways to provide support to students that need us. This position is open to start as soon as possible to begin building a caseload as this would begin as part time, with potential to grow the case load based on the needs for support for our BCAs and RBTs. We already have multiple RBTs with a need for supervision and renewal assessments!

Requirements:
– Active BCBA Credential. (Please include your certification # on your resume)
– Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
– Proficiency in medical documentation and data collection
– Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
– Knowledge of special education practices and regulations
