Ro Health is hiring dedicated Paraeducators and Behavior Technicians to support students for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond in Ramona, CA. What You’ll Do

• Targeted Visual Impairment Support: Provide direct 1:1 support to students with visual impairments, assisting with reading, scribing, and adapting instructional materials.
• Braille Integration: Work with Braille materials to support classroom learning and student independence (experience preferred).
• Behavior Therapy & Interventions: Provide 1:1 behavior therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
• IEP Progress Tracking: Monitor, document, and track student behavior, progress, and responses to behavioral and academic interventions.
• Classroom & Social Support: Support positive behavior management, facilitate skill-building sessions, and reinforce social-emotional development in classroom and small group settings.
• Collaborative Care: Partner closely with teachers, BCBAs, Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVIs), and specialists to maintain a safe, structured, and consistent learning environment.

What You’ll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation to Ramona, CA 92065.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting students or individuals with visual impairments.
• Ability or familiarity working with Braille.
• Associate’s Degree or higher.
• Experience working with children in school, ABA, camp, or caregiving settings.
