The Opportunity: SPED Elementary or Middle School Teacher

We are hiring for Multiple Full-Time positions!

Location: Green Bay, and surrounding School Districts.

Specialty: Special Education Teacher, Elementary, Middle, High

Schedule: Full-Time (M-F Days) and Flexible opportunities.

Start Date: ASAP – Join us this school year!

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Utilize ABA principles and de-escalation techniques for effective classroom management and behavior support.
• Collaborate with parents, general education staff, and specialists to enhance student learning.
• Provide direct support, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), as needed.
• Continuously monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies for optimal outcomes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Special Education License with Autism Focus Teacher – Elementary endorsement is REQUIRED.
• OR Early Childhood
• OR High School
• Previous professional experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
• Strong comfort level with ABA principles, ADL support, and de-escalation strategies.
• Master's Degree in SPED
