Instructional Paraeducator (IP), Behavioral Class Aide (BCA) and RBT
Auburn Union School District | Auburn, CA
$18 to $26/hr | Per Diem and Part Time | 2026 to 2027 School Year
Are you passionate about supporting students with behavioral needs and helping them succeed in a school setting?
Ro Health is hiring Instructional Paraeducators (IPs), Behavioral Class Aides (BCAs), and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) for the upcoming 2026 to 2027 school year in the Auburn Union School District. These positions are available on a per diem and part time basis, with opportunities to move into full time work based on performance and reliability.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to gain more experience in behavioral support, special education, or ABA. Students range from pre K through high school, and providers may work in either a 1:1 or classroom support role.
What does the role look like?
1:1 Student Support
As a 1:1 support, you will follow your assigned student throughout their school day and provide behavioral and educational support. You will help your student stay on task, participate in classroom activities, and work toward their individual behavioral and educational goals.
General Classroom Support
As a general classroom support, you will work with a teacher and help wherever support is needed most. You may work with several different students throughout the day, and each day can look a little different depending on the needs of the classroom.
Previous experience working with students with special needs is a plus, especially experience in a 1:1 or 1:multiple setting.
Why Ro Health?
We want our providers to feel supported throughout their assignment. Some of the benefits of working with Ro Health include:
• Flexible per diem and part time schedules
• Competitive compensation and weekly paychecks
• Opportunity for positions to grow into full time
• In House Last Mile Training, including a 40 hour program with supervision and support toward obtaining your RBT certification
• Commuter benefits up to $315 per month through Edenred
• Administrative and clinical support when you need it
• Healthcare benefits for eligible providers
• PTO and sick time for all providers, including per diem providers
