We There is no denying the long-standing history of injustice toward the Black people in our country. We have a lot of work to do in the fight for social justice, equality and equitable treatment. We at Ro Health support the Black Lives Matter movement. We all must be better, and we are committed to doing our part as allies and advocates for our black employees, patients and families. To us, this means promoting Racial Equity, Inclusion and Diversity within our company, pledging to become lifelong learners and have on-going conversations around these issues. Here are some of the steps we are taking to promote those ideals within our company.

We will continue these conversations and identify actions we can take. In addition to weekly meetings by the Inclusion and Change Committee, we are holding bi-weekly discussions among Corporate Leadership. Our Executive Team reviews and discusses feedback from employees, initiatives from the Inclusion and Change committee and continues to educate themselves around issues involving race. We are committed to listening and learning from the experiences of our employees, patients and clients.
