Broward County – Pediatric School Nurse RN – Full-Time

Position Details:

• Location: Broward County, FL
• Specialty: School health nursing with pediatrics
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full Time (no weekends, nights, or holidays)
• Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Will vary based on school site)
• In-person

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Florida State Nursing License (RN)
• Current BLS Card
• Current Negative TB Result
• Diabetes Management Experience
• Official Transcripts from an accredited nursing institution
• 1 year experience in the health care field preferred

Skills Training We Provide:

• Experience with Seizure Disorders
• Diastatic Experience
• Insulin Injections or Insulin Pumps
• Providing medication to students
• G-Tube feeding & medications
• Custodial Duties
• Ability to handle behavioral issues
• Tracheostomy experience
