Ro Health is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BCAs) and Paraeducators for the 2026–2027 school year in the Elk Grove Unified School District in Sacramento.

In this role, you will provide substitute behavioral support for students in Pre-K through High School by implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Experience working with students with special needs—particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder—is strongly preferred, especially in one-on-one or small group settings.

• Area: Elk Grove, Sacramento, Florin , Laguna, Franklin, Sheldon, Valley, CA
• Specialty: Behavioral Technician
• Schedule: Per diem, short-term assignments with varying hours Monday through Friday (morning and afternoon shifts available). Flexible Monday–Friday availability preferred.
• Target Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

• Associates Degree HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
• High School Education Verification Required
• Strong assessment skills
• Willingness to assist in students learning process
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Professional experience with Kids
