Training & Clinical Skills Provided
Ro Health provides hands-on training and support in areas including:
- Seizure disorders and Diastat administration
- Insulin injections and insulin pumps
- G-tube feeding
- Tracheostomy care
- Medication administration and student care planning
- Behavioral health support and intervention strategies

Position Overview
- Location: Alameda County, CA and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (varies, averaging 6 hours/day)
- Employment Type: Per diem to full-time opportunities available
- RN Pay: $40–44/hr – LVN Pay: $36–38/hr
- Start Date: August 2026
- Setting: In-person
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate care for students with chronic health conditions such as asthma and diabetes
- Monitor immunization records and maintain compliance with state regulations
- Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses
- Support emergency preparedness planning and drills
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
- Communicate with families regarding student health concerns and follow-up care
- Perform duties requiring standing, walking, sitting, bending, crouching, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds
Qualifications
- Active California LVN license
- BLS certification
- Current negative TB test/result
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome to apply
